I’m thinking of writing a science fiction novel and basing a new belief system on it, will you buy a copy?
It’s a story about a being called Xenon.
No coincidence that Xenon is also the name of a noble gas, for Xenon himself is a noble in the house of Cumquatia, a royal family which has lived for millenia in the depths of sinkholes on the earth.
These sinkholes may look like mere sandstone pits ferrying Buicks and corpses of tiny mammals out to the Gulf of Mexico, but they serve as the central cores of tremendous machines which the Cumquatians use to magnetize the souls of human beings and attract them to the centers of sinkholes in order to generate energy.
John Travolta, as himself, is pitted against Xenon in an epic melee in the Houston Astrodome, shortly after Hurricane Katrina has leveled New Orleans. Sinkholes, of course, follow in the wake of hurricanes, and thus many souls are sucked into them and are imprisoned awaiting rescue. Travolta alone can save the world in this epic tale, redeeming his ludicrous performance in Battlefield Earth.
Will you buy a copy, and fund my cause?
Travolta’s currently a bit tied up with this “scientology” fad, so he may not be readily available, anyway. Heath Ledger was my second choice but he’s with God, presumably, so in that case I might try Tom Cruise or Kirstie Alley. Will Smith, too, might be a viable candidate.
It should be relatively trivial, it’s just a matter of aligning my religion with their current religion and emulating it as much as possible. I’m a better writer than that “other” guy, so I figure I stand at least a 79.554% chance of succeeding in the first year of publication.
Ziggy II, absolutely! There will be a full array of SoulHole™ scanning devices, for anywhere from preschoolers to adults. These devices will “measure” your “potential” and indicate whether you should commit yourself to my soon-to-be-established conglomerate for “cleansification”, in exchange for a nominal fee guaranteed to not increase by more than 50% within the first ten years of the religion’s inception.

Is Mitt Romney a secret Scientologist?
When asked his favorite novel in an interview shown yesterday on the Fox News Channel, Mitt Romney pointed to “Battlefield Earth,” a novel by L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of Scientology. That book was turned into a film by John Travolta, a Scientologist.
A spokesman said later it was one of Mr. Romney’s favorite novels.

who here likes these movies?
My favorite movies would be
Mortal Kombat: Annihilation. the fighting scenes in this movie were f*ckin awesome and the storyline was better than the first mortal kombat. I liked how the special effects made this movie looked and stuff.
Battlefield Earth was very cool indeed, John Travolta made a really cool sci-fi movie and he was very bada*s as a hostile alien. I liked how the movie just looked and the movie was kicka*s.
all the Star Wars prequels were better than the originals because they had really cool digital effects in the movie and the storyline was incredible.
The Resident Evil were probably the best zombie movies I have ever seen. Although I never playedd the game, the movies were awesome.

Carrie Underwood’s Annoyingly Insincere Christianity Vs Tom Cruise’s Annoyingly Sincere Scientology?
Which bothers you more?
As a Christian I find both as Yoda would say “Grave and Disturbing” Can anyone take either of these two Libs Seriously. And dont go telling me Carrie Underwood is a Conservative with all the extremist Animal Rights groups she belongs to. Just give a straight answer without Ad Homenium attacks or praising either of these two Bozos. Nothing personal to their Fans I dont like either one of them. I’m all for Freedom Of Religion, but dont go pushing your Religious Belifes on me. Hey at least Scientologist John Travolta got the message after “Battlefield Earth” tanked at the box office and my fellow Christian Pat Robertson will apologize when you pull him to the side and say he might have said something was wrong or dangerous. Lets see if anyone can answer this question without letting their religion of Celebrotism cloud their judgement. As I said its nothing personal I just want an opinion on which you find more annoying of the two concepts. Thank you.

Why do people hold a actor-actress-president’s personal life against them (read details)?
Imagine the 90′s without all that stupid sh*t with Bill Clinton… Like they were really gonna get him removed.. they might as well have gone after Kennedy for all the stuff he did.
then there are actors like Tom Cruise. Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs. Hasnt changed his acting. Only movie i ever didnt like was Eyes Wide Shut..
John Travolta was treated the same way over Battlefield Earth and scientology.\

Will Tom Cruise and Jim Jones name be spoke in the same conversation someday?
I know the story is alleged, but with his past behavior it is not too far fetched to be true
Bunkers? Surely not Tom
Wed 26 Sep 4:20 PM
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are reported to be allegedly building a £5 million bunker under their Colorado home to protect them from alien attacks.
A source close to the Scientologist couple said they are planning the construction of a “self-contained underground system where up to 10 people can survive for years”.
Perhaps there are more brothers and sisters planned on the way for Suri then?
The bunker will allegedly have a high-tech air-purification system and will contain all the necessary survival equipment.
Scientologists are said to believe that an evil galactic overlord is planning an attack on earth. If you’re desperate to get more detail on this unusual belief you could always grab a copy John Travolta’s film Battlefield Earth, but we wouldn’t recommend it!

I met Katie Holmes when she was stilll filming Dawsons Creek. She seemed very normal.
Since her marriage, she has done a 180. when you see her in pictures she looks like she is being dressed instead of dressing herself.
She is usually covered from neck to toe. Real cultish just with a more expensive price tag on the clothes than most cults.

Does John Travolta die in half of his movies since his comeback?
He died in Pulp Fiction / White Mans Burden / Michael / Phenomenon / Battlefield Earth / Broken Arrow / Face Off (as Castor Troy) / The Punisher / Domestic Disturbance / Mad City /
Does he die in Thin Red Line or Shes So Lovely? I can’t remember.
He made 22 movies from Pulp Fiction to now… not including the ones that are not out yet. I listed 10 in which he dies in… That is nearly half and if he dies in one I missed.. then it would be exactly half.
He fakes his own death in Swordfish. Does that count?
