Visit: www.indg.com Recently, Vodafone Netherlands opened its new head office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. At the entrance, Vodafone wanted to create an atmosphere that would inspire and engage visitors with differentiating content. Vodafone eyed a new innovation called LE3D (also called a ‘Magic Ball’) that was the first of its kind and not yet deployed anywhere before. The LE3D looks like a disco ball used the 1970-ies movie “Saturday Night Fever” with John Travolta. However, in stead of merely reflecting light, this LE3D ball would actually be emitting Vodafone branded content across the main entrance hall. The only challenge was: who would be able to provide the content for such a new innovation? As visitors should be able to view the content from any angle, this required “inverse 3D” content. Besides that, the opening of the head office required content that would fully adhere to Vodafone’s branding guidelines. Based upon the existing partnership and successful creation of engaging experiences across many touch points, Vodafone decided to select INDG. INDG’s team of Art Directors and 3D artists created all the required content and ensured that it would be running on the LE3D ‘magic’ ball. The result was quite amazing and created a lot of buz during the opening ceremony.
